Hank is a third-generation homebuilder continuing a family tradition of creating vibrant communities for over five decades. Deeply passionate about sustainability, he takes a thoughtful approach to designing neighborhoods that will grow in beauty and character over time. An avid traveler and architecture enthusiast, Hank looks to bring new ideas and unique character to each project. A licensed contractor, he holds a Master’s in Sustainable Design and Construction from Stanford University and a B.A. from the University of Southern California. Hank and his wife reside in Nashville.

For nearly two decades, David has built a reputation for delivering high-quality homes in some of Williamson County’s most sought-after communities, including The Grove, Governors Club, Bridgemore, and more. With over 500 homes completed, each project showcases David’s unwavering commitment to craftsmanship and attention to detail.A native Tennessean, David was born and raised in Williamson County. He is an avid outdoorsmen, with a passion for fishing, scuba diving, and golfing. He resides in College Grove with his wife and three sons. David holds a B.A. in Accounting from University of Tennessee and an M.S. in Real Estate from Georgia State. He is a licensed contractor and real estate agent.
